Account Activation
Your system says I need to activate my account. Why?

• We would like to know you are serious and accepting of new ideas from our staff and members. We broadcast one new Pro Member message per day to all members to help promote their listing. A valid e-mail account (without auto response or replies) is required to be part of our system.

Account Termination
You closed my account. What's the deal?

• If you list any adult material, your email bounces or is fictitious, we will remove your account. You will need to enroll again and establish a new member ID.
•  
• This is a G-Rated (General Audience) system. Please keep your listing clean at all times so we may all continue to grow our businesses together.

Contact Frequency
How many times will you contact me?

• Contact made to our members is multiple times per day in the format of member text ads. Removing your e-mail from the mailing system will close your account.
•  
• This system relies on constant contact to our members to promote Pro Member Listings. These listings are part of the Basic and Pro Memberships allowing our members to receive the benefits of direct mail from our system.
•  
• Please do not create a free email dump account in which you never check mail. We need your attention to member mailings, just as you will want our attention to your personal promotions. When we work together, we grow together.

Multiple Accounts
May I have more than one account with New Program Alert?

• Yes. You must have a unique and valid email address for each account created.

Member Agreement
Will I be required to pay money?

• As a free member (Basic), you may use your account as long as you follow the rules. Payment is not required for our free members and you can earn an income from suggesting our services to others.

• To better your results and by entering into the Pro Membership, you agree to the terms and conditions of our Terms Of Service and understand that we do not issue refunds for advertising that was already published. However, your account will continue to advertise your listing for the duration of the remaining cycle in which you have paid.
•  
• By creating an account with New Program Alert, you understand that this system has not established and does not support the use of rotation devices for its Free Membership level. The New Program Alert staff and its affiliates are not responsible for the enrollments of your team members at any time. You may choose to enter into our New Program Alert service, a fee-based rotation and advertising system, at your own option. Complete benefits and descriptions are found within the New Program Alert area of your Free account by clicking on the Main button found within your control panel tabs.

• You also agree not to use Auto Responders for your email account information. This includes "out of town messages" from free services such as hotmail or yahoo mail. Any bounced email, i.e. "over quota" or "invalid accounts" will result in termination of your New Program Alert account. As we have no way to determine if we can still make contact to you for important updates to this system, we must enforce this rule as well as the following rules for our members to operate in a professional format.

• 1. The following types of websites are not eligible for acceptance into this traffic system:

• I. Adult content sites, websites must not contain nudity, partial nudity (bathing suits included), violence, vulgar language, or links to adult sites.
•  
• II. Non-English language websites.
•  
• III. Alcohol and tobacco related websites.
•  
• IV. Websites engaged in the promotion of illegal substances or activities.
•  
• V. Websites that contain racial, ethnic, political, or otherwise objectionable content. Sites found inapropriate will be removed at the administrators discretion.

• VI. Landing pages may not contain automatic or forced downloads of any type.
•  
• 2. All account information you provide us will remain confidential. Email addresses, and site data are not disclosed to third parties.

• 3. One account per user or per website.
•  
• 4. Members that provide us with a site that has frame breaking / busting javascript, multiple pop-up windows, or any other inhibitor to the proper operation of the traffic system will be subject to removal from the traffic system. The owner of this site reserves the right to terminate any account for abuse of services, fraud or any other activity which we feel undermines the proper use of this traffic system.

• 5. Unsolicited e-mail (spam) is strictly prohibited. All spam complaints are investigated from the source and reported to the proper authorities. Violation will result in immediate termination of your account and possible legal action if the operation of our site is affected as a result of a complaint.

• 6. Certain traffic levels are not guaranteed and all claims made on this site represent only potential results. Results vary and the number of hits to your website depends on how many people sign up under your account based on your own advertising efforts.

• 7. No guarantees are made regarding dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of our service. The operators of this site cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur from use of our service.

• 8. As a member of this site, you agree to receive periodic emails from us. Emails will include updates about this site and relavant information about promoting your site in conjunction with the traffic system.

• 9. You may cancel your account at any time by sending a request to our support department.
•  
• 10. The administrators of this site reserve the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• 11. Legal matters that result from or involve these terms and conditions shall be governed by the local jurisdiction in which the administrator of this site resides.

Payment & Refund Policy
Can I receive a refund on advertising that was already published?

• Payments initiated through the PayPal and/or AlertPay services are manual by you. PayPal or AlertPay will bill the account holder once from the day you begin the Pro Membership service.

• We are not responsible for sales or actions taken on the website you are promoting. Asking us for a refund because your product or service did not "sell" is not a reason to request a refund. We ask that you please be understanding to this statement and only ask for a refund if you find error with our system. We are an advertising system providing services to deliver visitors to your personal or business website, blog, affiliate links and promotional sites.

• Once payment has been made, the commission for sponsor accounts is updated with 50% commissions and cannot be refunded, based on the automatic advertising throughout our network. You may allow the cycle of one year to complete with your ad(s) in rotation or simply close your account. No refunds will be provided on advertising delivered unless an error has been found with this system. We make every attempt to be fair with all members.

• Taking affiliate commissions away from members is something we frown upon in any situation.

Promotional Materials
Do you have materials I can use to promote New Program Alert?

• New Program Alert is a FREE service. The advertisement of your personal referral link, within the Resources area, allows you to build your team and advertising system as stated. Banners and advertising materials are also provided free of charge. We ask that you verify your account so we may make contact for updates and special promotions.

Will you rent, sell or give my information away?

• No. All information is held private and confidential at all times. We will never sell, rent or give your information.

• We ask for your personal contact information to keep you informed of important updates to your account. Not even your sponsor will have access to your personal email information. Your sponsor may message you once every three days with support to this system but they will not have access to your email. Your details will remain private.

SPAM/UCE
What is it?

• For your protection, as well as our protection: Please note the following details about SPAM and UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-mail).

• SPAM/UCE Reports & Actions
  Use of the New Program Alert service to transmit any unsolicited commercial or unsolicited bulk e-mail is expressly prohibited. Violations of this type will result in the immediate suspension of the offending New Program Alert account. Spam complaints will be sent to the e-mail address on file. Failure to respond to complaints within a 24 hour timeframe will result in the New Program Alert staff suspending and/or terminating the offending account by whatever means necessary.

• Malicious Intent
  Malicious intent to impede another person's use of electronic mail services or news will result in the immediate termination of the offending New Program Alert account holder.

• Contact Guidelines
  While lead lists and mailing lists may be used to contact others about the New Program Alert services, we strongly advise the use of Opt-Out/Removal links in "ALL" messages sent by our members. Failure to include an Opt-Out link in any broadcast can be considered SPAM/UCE and will meet the criteria of all points listed within this statement.

• Ad Blasting
  Bulk e-mail, FFA (Free For All) links, IP Spamming/Broadcasting, IRC networking, including P2P (Peer-To-Peer) media will not be supported as legitimate forms of communications. We strongly advise our members not to use these methods of contacting others to join the New Program Alert service. Please only contact those you know to create a stronger foundation of business partners for years to come.
